Hey there. I'm Mrs. Greenwood!
Welcome to Room 117! By way of introduction, I grew up as Timbre Newby in Lafayette, Indiana, and I moved to Utah to attend college. Once finished, despite all intentions to head back out east, I was captured by the atmosphere here, got a job at Lehi High School, and I've absolutely loved it ever since.
One of my greatest passions is traveling, and as I have been to various places, I have learned that though cultures vary greatly throughout the world, there is a humanity that lies a the heart of each of us, and that is the main reason why I absolutely LOVE teaching Literature. I feel that there is a great deal that we can learn from those who are not "the same" as us, and it is my goal to help you to see this throughout the course of this year.
